Hi, My name is Rob Olsen

My love of photography started around 1959. My father was a chemist. He had several Kodak cameras; you know, the ones with film and the bellows focusing. In Jr. high school I contacted printed and developed pictures using his old camera and contact printer. I was hooked.

I have had many cameras over the years, starting with film and then digital. I still shoot medium format (RZ67) occasionally but find it more interesting shooting digital then in the "darkroom" with Photoshop and Lightroom. I don't have a style but shoot everything from macro to landscape.

I would like to do more portrait, OCF, and natural light photography.

I joined the IEPC because I am always learning and enjoy being around those that have perfected their craft.
